Sometimes, chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments are not enough to address stubborn age spots or skin lesions. The CryoCorrect PRECISION™ treatment is a breakthrough technology that can eliminate these stubborn skin spots in just seconds!

About Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is the process of using cold temperatures to address health issues. Dermatologists often use cryotherapy to treat skin lesions such as skin tags and dark spots. In the past, liquid nitrogen has been used to perform cryosurgery, which freezes tissues at -231◦F. While this technique can eliminate skin lesions, it also has the potential to harm healthy surrounding tissues. As an alternative, carbon dioxide (CO2) can be used to perform cryotherapy at a lower temperature of -108◦F. This lower temperature allows for the treatment of skin lesions, without the high risk of harming surrounding tissues.

What is CryoCorrect PRECISION™?

The SkinCeuticals CryoCorrect PRECISION™ treatment device employs carbon dioxide cryotherapy technology to safely and effectively address skin lesions such as skin tags, actinic keratoses, sun spots, and more on the face, hands, and body. Plus, when patients integrate daily use of SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF serum, results were even more drastic.

The CryoCorrect treatment is done in-office and is completely non-invasive. During treatment, the skin lesion is frozen for 5-8 seconds using the CryoCorrect device. There is little to no downtime required, and even discomfort is minimal.

Following the CryoCorrect treatment, the treated skin lesion will darken in color, and a scab will form. The scab will then slough off between 2-3 weeks, revealing healthy skin underneath. Some patients even see results in as little as one treatment, with final results seen after 2-3 weeks.
