What Can I Expect During my Rhinoplasty?
Dr. Charles Boyd will perform your nose surgery in an outpatient facility. For your comfort, you will be put under general anesthesia for the entirety of your rhinoplasty. Dr. Boyd may reshape your nose by restructuring your existing bones and cartilage. What Can I Expect During my Rhinoplasty Recovery?
The recovery process following a rhinoplasty will vary by patient. Dr. Boyd will outline the specific details of the rhinoplasty healing process and provide you with post surgical care instructions to ensure a swift and easy recovery period. While you will be able to see some results of your nose job immediately following surgery, ultimate results will become visible once all swelling subsides, about 6 to 12 months later. Dr. Boyd will meet with you at his office several more times over the next year to ensure proper healing. As your nose continues to heal, you will notice subtle results that highlights your best features, accentuate the eyes, and bring harmony to the overall facial appearance.
