Julia earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Wayne State and is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner from Spring Arbor University. Along with her artistic eye, Julia brings years of surgical experience to BOYD. She has worked side by side with Dr. Charles Boyd in all aspects of the surgical practice providing her an understanding of plastic surgery and injectables from a patient’s perspective. With a gentle touch, warm nature, and professional approach, Julia ensures patients feel comfortable during treatments.

Julia focuses on preventative and corrective injections using neuromodulators (including Botox®) and dermal fillers (including Restylane® and Juvederm®). Julia’s reputation for excellence, commitment to the newest and most effective technologies, contribute to her many accolades and overall patient satisfaction at BOYD.

Ashley Aldridge

PA-C, Aesthetic Injector

Ashley Aldridge, PA-C is an expert injector specializing in advanced facial rejuvenation with the artistic use of cosmetic injectables. She has 13 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology, anti-aging medicine, and aesthetic injectables. She has trained with some of the nation’s top aesthetic providers in the San Francisco Bay area, where she began her career in 2010. She is a national injectable trainer for Allergan and Galderma, helping to educate other medical professionals all over the country in proper and safe injection techniques and training alongside the top leaders in the aesthetic industry today. Ashley’s extensive experience in dermatology adds a unique perspective to her practice and has given her the ability to rejuvenate your skin at every level. She is extremely passionate about providing the best possible standard of care in aesthetic medicine today. She lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband, son, and French bulldog. She enjoys art, travel, and all things vintage. She is honored to join Dr. Boyd and the rest of the team at Boyd Beauty.

Jordan Carlesimo

RN, BSN, Aesthetic Injector

Jordan Carlesimo RN, BSN earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Madonna University. Jordan has worked alongside Dr. Charles Boyd and other highly respected plastic surgeons and dermatologists for over five years. 

Jordan continues to ensure her patients receive the best techniques and treatments available by routinely participating in continuing education. Her vast knowledge and experience with neurotoxins (like Botox®) and dermal fillers (like Restylane® and Juvederm®) have provided her numerous accolades. Jordan’s skill set and discerning eye continue to set her apart as an injector and provider of the BOYD experience. Nicolette Orlando

LME Medical Esthetician 

Nicolette is a passionate and enthusiastic medical esthetician with over two years of experience. Before receiving her esthetician license, she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with a B.S. in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing. This education was able to give Nicolette a broader understanding of the beauty industry and an expanded knowledge on the science of how beauty products uniquely treatthe skin. Nicolette later went on to further her training with laser devices at the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas. After completing the program in January of 2022, she received her Laser Technician Certification. Following this, Nicolette graduated from an extensive master’s program to become a Master Hydrafacialist with the Hydrafacial company in August of 2023. Furthermore, it is worth addressing that Nicolette is one of very few in the state of Michigan with a Master Hydrafacialist title!
